These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aliyah Foundation and Tours website (aliyahfoundation.net), our mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Services"), operated on the LiveTeams platform by Live Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Services — including registering for a tour, making a donation, creating an account, or joining a mailing list — you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering for tours, making donations, or creating an account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the Services.
Tour registrations, deposits, and payments are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of booking, including pricing, deposit schedules, and cancellation terms for each tour. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers. Donations are used to further the mission of the Aliyah Foundation and, where applicable, are receipted in accordance with applicable law.
When you register, book, or join a list you may receive transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, trip information) and, if you opted in, updates and invitations about our tours and programs. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not essential transactional messages about your bookings.
Text messages about your registrations and bookings (event reminders, booking confirmations, payment reminders, and departure and travel information) are sent by LIVE Teams (Live Inc.) on behalf of Aliyah Foundation, only to people who agree to them on a registration or booking form. Those messages are governed by the LIVE Teams Terms of Service and the LIVE Teams Privacy Policy, and the program is described on our text message program page. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. If you replied STOP before, ticking the box again does not restart texts — reply START.
Content on the Services — text, photographs, logos, and materials — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
The Services are provided "as is". Travel involves inherent risks; specific tour terms, including insurance and liability provisions, are provided with each tour's registration materials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
